7-Day Easy Return Policy

We offer a 7-day easy return policy for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

  • All accessories, tags, and invoice must be included.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process

We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently. Refunds will be initiated based on the original payment method:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:

  • Customers must share their UPI ID, bank account details, or any other valid payment information to facilitate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Online Payments:

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
  • The process may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Coupon Code Option:

  • As an alternative, customers can opt to receive a refund in the form of a discount coupon code, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a replacement for your purchase, you can:

  • Return the original product as per the return policy.
  • Place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Shipping Costs
