7-Day Easy Return Policy
We offer a 7-day easy return policy for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All accessories, tags, and invoice must be included.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Refund Process
We strive to process refunds quickly and efficiently. Refunds will be initiated based on the original payment method:
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Customers must share their UPI ID, bank account details, or any other valid payment information to facilitate the refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Online Payments:
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
- The process may take 5-7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Coupon Code Option:
- As an alternative, customers can opt to receive a refund in the form of a discount coupon code, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you would like a replacement for your purchase, you can:
- Return the original product as per the return policy.
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns:
- Customized or personalized photo frames.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
- In the case of damaged or incorrect items, we will arrange a pickup and bear the return shipping costs.
